About the Role

Zinc is hiring a Head of Customer Support to lead and manage our customer support teams across multiple products. Zinc wins customers versus lower cost competitors by offering a superior service and by offering higher quality customer support. To maintain and advance our position as a market leader in support, you will:

• Devise, implement, and improve processes for recruiting, training, and managing highly talented support representatives.
• Craft and monitor support quality metrics.
• Organize efforts to create and maintain product knowledgebases.
• Assist in the creation of a customer success team to provide the highest level of support to our largest accounts, ensuring retention.

This role is based out of our office near Union Square in San Francisco, but offers flexibility in terms of location and hours.

Requirements:

Ability to understand technical systems. Both the services we provide to customers and our support organization are such.

Experience working in a team leadership or management role.

Strong communication skills.

Self starting, autonomous, and hands-on.
